Bei der Probe für den ersten Autorinnen-Textchor in Wien. Dieses Format wurde ein weiteres Mal in Wieden aufgeführt, wobei mein Text „Remember“ gelesen wurde.

Remember

Remember the first day of your life
Remember what it`s like being a newborn baby
Recall the hopes and dreams you had.
Feel and sense your mother`s love and
understand the miracle of life.

See this wonderful baby,
this vulnerable and helpless child.
And feel the power given to you.
The power of the womb,
That fed you to grow,
the power of labor,
to give you birth,
and your own power
you spent to stay here with us.

Imagine the first day in their lives
Imagine how their newborns came into being.
Recall all the hopes and dreams they had.
Feel and sense their parents` love.
Understand that they are the same as you are.

See these wonderful people,
their vulnerable and hopeful minds.
And feel the power given to us.
Feel the power of love.
And use it
to make our dreams come true.
